Malarkey-Highlander NEX AR/SILVERWOOD
This Project was completed in Independence Mo. Our crew enjoyed working with the home owner’s on this project replacing both their Asphalt Roofing System and Gutters. The homeowner’s were having some issues with water leaking into one of their bedrooms due to a faulty flashing system on a very OLD Aluminum Chimney stack. Upon Inspection C9 Roofing experts discovered signs of STORM DAMAGES to the existing asphalt shingles applied. We worked with the homeowners and their Insurance carrier to get them a brand new roof and gutter for nothing more then their deductible. In the process of installing and upgrading to a new Class 3 Impact Resistant Malarkey Highlander shingle, we was also able to upgrade their old aluminum chimney to a more modern furnace Pipe Flashing with a Versa Cap. Upgraded and Installed all new 6″ White Gutters with 6″x3″ Downspout’s.
