I initially contacted Cloud9 for other services a while back and had decided to go a different route; however, when giving the courtesy of our decision, Mathias was polite, understanding, and even offered his help if we found ourselves still needing it, while another company reacted petulantly. A big reason why, when we finally needed new gutters and downspouts, we wanted to give Cloud9 our business. Glad we did! In addition to this company's professionalism, communication and punctuality were never missed. They replaced the gutters and downspouts, as well as recommended and installed a quality gutter guard, which has already been a worthwhile investment!

Overall did a great job from tear down to replacement. Mathias kept the lines of communication open and Patrick was on site taking care of my questions and concerns. Had one concern with some decking and all it took was a text to Mathias. The cree was back out the next day and replaced the decking with new. They did a great job.

We were very pleased with Cloud 9 Roofing....from start to finish! Communication, on-time arrival, and attention to detail was great. They took care of all the little details with the insurance company, even met with the adjuster on their schedule. We were given locations near us to see what an entire roof looked like, which was very helpful. They even brought large sample boards with colors we had not been able to see in person. Patience with us selecting the shingle deserves a 15 on a 10 point scale! All of the workers were very polite and personable. They were very careful to not damage any screens, siding, or landscaping. Clean up was meticulous, which was very important to us as well. No complaints from us on anything! We highly recommend Cloud 9 Roofing!
